Empathy is a critical quality in today’s work world. Study after study shows that employees are stressed out and feeling underappreciated. No wonder 80% of workers worry about the week ahead. What’s needed in our workplace is a big dose of empathy—and not just from workplace leaders. Showing empathy is everyone’s responsibility.
